Note:
We do not have the ttext of any of the specific legislation protecting the rights of guide dog users in West Australia at this ttime. We expect to have it later this year as it is currently being compiled for us and will be posted to this page in the near future. Below is information concerning access to public establishments in West Australia: Rights: Guide Dogs can go anywhere Guide dogs are allowed to travel free of charge on all forms of transport, including trains, buses, taxis, and the passenger section of aircraft. Guide dogs are also allowed to enter any public place including restaurants, hospitals, shops, theatres, hotels, and motels. It is an offence to refuse entry to a person accompanied by a registered guide dog.
